We booked for buffet lunch on republic day, it was quite crowded. The hall could accommodate around 70-75 people. To start with was the soup, drumstick for veg and chicken sour for non-veg. Was placed in a big pot, was disappointed with the soup, since it was not hot. Then came the 6 non-veg starters.(3 chicken, 1 fish and 2 prawn) served on the table. Chicken starters were served first, we just had a little to have space for other starters. Then came the fish in banana leaf served hot, which was the highlight for its aroma and taste. This is a must try one even for Ala-Carte. Had enough pieces of it. Then had 2 varieties of prawns filled on our plates. Just after the starters we hardly had space for main dishes. Though there was nothing much in that side, took a little rice and some mutton curry, salads, papad and chicken pasta. Finally the desserts made it thumping with the count - but we finished with brownie, carrot halwa, payasam, gulab jamun and ice cream. The service was quite slow due to the amount of crowd, and the suggestion is to take it on a weekday not to wait for long.
