I reviewed the restaurant Thambi Vilas !

After long we had a very much contented meals. We specifically chose this restaurant for lunch for their typical south indian cuisine. We took mutton meals, fish meals, mutton briyani, vanjaram fish fry, mutton pepper varuval and nenjelumbu roast. The quantity of briyani was less and also the mutton and fish pieces in the meals but was tasty. The vanjam fry was smeared with butter and roasted which I didn’t like and also the fish was not fresh and somewhat tasted like karuvaadu. The other mutton dishes were very good. After a heavy meals it was good to have a paneer-soda in the place of coke/pepsi/other similar carbonated drinks. The bill was around Rs.1300 for 3 people which I think is economical.
